Sanders & Sons LLC ("Company") is pleased to offer a Loyalty Program ("Program") to our valued returning customers. By participating in this Program, customers agree to the following terms and conditions:

6. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Sanders & Sons LLC. operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
