Sanders & Sons LLC. Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

Sanders & Sons LLC ("Company") is pleased to offer a Loyalty Program ("Program") to our valued returning customers. By participating in this Program, customers agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Eligibility: The Program is available exclusively to returning customers of Sanders & Sons LLC. A returning customer is defined as any individual or entity that has previously engaged the Company for services and is now contracting for additional services.

2. Discount Offer: Returning customers are eligible to receive a 10% discount on the following services:

• General Maintenance
• Remodeling Services

3. Limitations and Exclusions:

• The discount is applicable only to the services specified above and cannot be applied to any other services provided by Sanders & Sons LLC.
• The discount is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or credit.
• The discount cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts unless expressly authorized in writing by the Company.

4. Right to Refuse Service: Sanders & Sons LLC. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse the application of the discount or to terminate a customer’s participation in the Program for any reason, including but not limited to suspected abuse of the Program, non-payment of previous services, or any violation of the Company’s terms and conditions.

5. Modification and Termination: The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Program will be effective immediately upon posting such changes to the Company’s website or other official communication channels.

6. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Sanders & Sons LLC. operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7. Acceptance of Terms: By participating in the Program, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
